Operations management, including consistent, safe, and positive development of ReStore staff and assets to provide a high-quality donor to customer experience. Implements and drives programs for donation. Provides sustained network development to expand the scope of Habitat ReStore activities and develop and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with community-based trade/business groups, churches, donors and other local stakeholders to secure donations and raise awareness of HFHA’s mission in the community. Leads ReStore team as a servant leader, not afraid of getting hands dirty on the floor, in the warehouse, or on donation pick-ups.
