One of the most powerful ways that you can help Habitat Abilene is through planning to help us through your estate. The Leave 5 campaign, through Community Foundation of Abilene, is working to "inspire people to leave at least 5% of their estate to local charitable causes they care about, in order to build more prosperous communities." Donate Land & Real Estate
Land is one of our fastest rising costs, and without land we can't build homes. Gifts of land are most often used for our new construction program, though they can also be sold to raise much needed funds for home building.
